CNY!
Ba Kwa, Pineapple tarts, mahjong, bridge and gatherings....that's to sum up my entire weekend so far! =P
Real tired today, after 2 consecutive days of reaching home at around 12am. and 5 a.m respectively...gosh...together with the onset of so much homework...it really makes CNY such a tiresome affair...guess next year i can virtually skip the entire process...so much for NS... Day 1: Went to my grandparents' house ... gosh....there were like half my relatives there, and of course there were the hongbaos... and the food... One after another...I certainly won't be surprised if i gained 3 kilos that night..Even went to a temple to pray after that...Another one of the social visits...It's not that i dun like going to my grandparents' place, but sometimes, it pains me to see the gradual weakening condition of my grandparents...haiz...if i could turn back time...Anyway, I also went to my eldest aunt's house to visit...ended up playing bridge till 12 with my cousins there...and of course sample those heavenly delights! Ok...that sounded rather incoherent...if u hadn't know, I was actually triple-tasking...Going to facebook...mass conversation with my 4R classmates...and of course blogging. Anyway, back to day 2... Hmm, this day is no less busy, I went to my cousin's house- for more bridge and movie watching! Hmm...basically, it was like bridge...then rest...then monopoly...then bridge....then rest...then bridge...then dinner...then movie watching. Mr Bean's Holiday was quite a yawn, although certain scenes were pretty funny. Gosh...I don't really know what happened then...it was like 1 a.m. by then...but i knew that i was woken up around 4 and got dragged out into a taxi before ending up in the comforts of my bed. Well, basically, i slacked the entire weekend away! Oh man! Now I'm so toast for my homework! ARGHH!!! Wish the holidays were longer.... The only joy was that i FINALLY got a blogskin!!! YIPPEE!!! Hmm, not sure how everyone finds my blog...but it's not a bad shot...considering it was done in my cousin's house yesterday amid all those madness of bridge and TV...special thanks to Geraldine for teaching me how to use blogskin ....LOL...Thank You! Haiz...got to go temple early in the morning tomorrow...and also study for Bio Spa... Someone give me a break... T.T Labels: CNY |
